To unlock the Network Configuration and reset to factory, the Cisco method is to hit the Settings button, press **#, and that unlocks the Network config. Then, select option 3 (Network Configuration), then scroll down to option 33 (Erase Configuration), and select Yes. This should reset the phone back to factory default.

Another Idea is

Fastest way to wip everything out
1. Power off the phone completely.
2. Hold down the # key, then power the phone on.
3. Continue holding the # key until the LCD gives you a status message.
4. Follow the prompts to do a full factory reset, which resets the password as well.
